The ACLU is telling their following that a qualified immunity repeal isn't expensive, isn't complicated, and will not result in frivolous lawsuits of law enforcement attrition. They are asking their following to email key senators with this information.
Blue Line Families of Virginia knows better, and you do too. The general session starts in 2 weeks, and if we as a community don't stand up for law enforcement, we will see bad legislation like this hurt law enforcement, their families, and public safety. Stand up for law enforcement by emailing legislators listed in this template.
We've written out the argument against the repeal already. Please email legislators! Even if you have already, keep up the pressure, or bad laws like this will pass!
